Details
Migrate settings UI to OGPU themed widgets and add logout 
- Replace plain Godot Controls with StatusPanel, ComponentTextInput,
  Toggle, CardButton, and Dropdown components
- Add logout functionality that clears API key or closes session
- Match Steam plugin's settings UI style
